Our Saturday morning began with The Daily Chronicle. We learned that on this day in 1932, the first Winter Olympics in the U.S. were held in Lake Placid, New York and in 1941, The USO was created at the request of President FDR. The Daily Chronicle is always interesting to read. After that, we exercised by stretching and throwing/catching the ball. It was a good time! We also watched a couple YouTube videos of ice sculptures and castles around the world. They were amazing!
It was Saturday bingo day! Several residents enjoyed playing a few games! After bingo, the residents watched a movie and had a little snack. It was a nice day! ~Jessica
