Happy Wednesday! We started our day with Worship Services. Pastor George was here today. He graced us all with a look on how far Americans and the rest of the world have come in the past 100 years. It was very reflective and positive. After services, some residents went to the chapel and prayed the Rosary. Next was Exercise, where we did a few stretches and gently flexed to some classical music. After our stretches we read some stories about the wonder of dogs. The stories were of dogs doing heroic feats, such as, saving a blind man from one of the Twin Towers on 9/11 and even a dog that saved its master from a bear. The residents really enjoyed them. After lunch we indulged in a tea party, complete with cookies. Some ladies thought they looked like cigars- I snapped a photo of the two doing their best Grocho Marx impersonation! WE also had a visit from Simon the dog. Enjoy the photos…
