Our Dimensions® program trains staff to focus on what remains possible, using creativity and compassion to address unique needs while maintaining dignity.

24/7 trained nursing & caregiving

At all times, our community is supported by a dedicated team of caregivers, Registered Nurses (RNs), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), all specially trained in dementia care. Led by our Dimensions Manager, Carole Caputa, who brings deep expertise and compassion to her role, ensuring our care practices reflect the highest standards in dementia support.

Meaningful daily engagements

Activities include physical exercise, stress reduction techniques, cognitive stimulation, sensory programs, and social interaction.

Safe, comfortable environment

A secure layout helps prevent wandering while encouraging autonomy. The design supports calm, soothing movement between shared spaces.
