Independent Living:  Includes scheduled transportation, activities, and 24/7 access to staff. You can add services like Safety Pendants, housekeeping, and dining.
Assisted Living: Includes everything in Independent Living plus personal care support—help with bathing, grooming, medication, diabetes care, etc.—and 24/7 care staff with emergency response systems.

We feature a rotating seasonal menu alongside a consistent “always available” selection, ensuring variety and choice every day. Daily specials are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing convenient and delicious options whenever they’re ready to dine.
Rent in Independent and Assisted Living includes utilities and maintenance. You can also opt in for weekly housekeeping. Memory Care includes weekly cleaning and linen service.
Yes— The Fountains at Hosanna is pet-friendly! If your pet is manageable and follows community guidelines, they’re welcome.

Caregivers and nurses are available in Memory Care and Assisted Living. 
Medication management—including diabetes medication, oxygen therapy, and tracking of vitals—is offered. Assistance is available with daily activities like bathing, dressing, transfers, and toileting. 
Emergency call systems (pendants/pull cords) are in place, with daily safety check-ins.
Before moving in, our nursing team assesses your health, routines, and preferences to create a personalized care plan. This plan is regularly reviewed and adjusted as your needs change.
Yes—partners like AccentCare, in-house optometry, audiology, podiatry, and portable X-ray services regularly visit the community.
