The Fountains Assisted Living offers residents lovely, maintenance-free apartments in a welcoming community. Residents can enjoy an array of amenities, care services, and daily social options. Amenities: Get your hair cut in the salon, play some pool in the game room, read a book in the library, join an exercise class in the fitness center, attend a chapel service, watch a movie in the theater, bank down the hall, visit with your neighbors on the porch-- we offer many community amenities. Care Services*: Care options include medication management, personal cares, nail care, safety checks, physical, occupational and speech therapies, and much more. Our nursing and resident assistant teams are here to support you. Our staff will work with you and your family to determine your preferred care supports. *The Fountains offers occupational, physical and speech therapies inside our community thanks to our partnership with Odom Health. Social Options: Our monthly activities and events calendar offers a variety of physical, mental, spiritual, and social events and activities, that are designed to engage, empower, and energize people. Choose whatever interests you-- activities, programs, and events are right down the hall. No need to drive, you can go to the store, see a theater production, or go out to eat via scheduled group events on our bus. For adult children, Assisted Living services offered at The Fountains can help ease your mind. You don't have to worry about your family member feeling isolated, sitting all day, missing their pills, or falling with no one to help them. Our team is here to assist 24/7! One benefit of living at The Fountains is "stay in place." If you move in to The Fountains Independent Living, and determine that you need more services, you can switch to Assisted Living services and stay in the same apartment.
