Stay By The Day

To help ease the transition back into daily life after an illness, hospital stay, or surgery, or to provide a short term break for caregivers, we offer stay by the day apartments.

End Of Life Care

End of life care is designed to fulfill the care and support needs of people in their final days, weeks or months of life. Our staff will work in conjunction with the hospice provider of your choice to make your loved one's days as comfortable as possible.

THE JOURNEY PROGRAM
If you live in Independent or Assisted Living with your spouse, we have a program that empowers one spouse
​to enjoy a fun morning or afternoon with the Dimensions team, while their caregiver-spouse takes a break.
