Memory Care
The Fountains offers health and wellness services to people living with memory loss. Our individual private Memory Care apartments are in a secure neighborhood of the building. It is specially designed with calming colors, cozy furniture, and memory-evoking accessories. We offer residents daily activities and interactive options, as well as, a full range of health services. Odom Rehabilitation has partnered with us to offer physical, occupational and speech therapies at The Fountains. No need to drive to therapy, it will come to our residents. Staff provide support services that include cleaning and laundry services. Our goal is to provide people with a place of comfort, joy, activity, family, and familiarity.
Our staff is trained and educated in the best practices of caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. They focus on individual residents and their specific wants and needs.
Baking, music, gardening, activities (inside and outside the community), exercise, painting and many other Life Long Learning programs are all available to enhance our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with the best activities and events, care and support, and health and wellness services in the region.
We are proud to offer our residents and family members Ebenezer's Dimensions® program. The Dimensions Program prepares our staff to provide people with memory loss with exceptional, compassionate care using evidence-based best practices. Meet Carole
Meet Carole Caputa our Dimensions Manager. She creates engaging and entertaining programs that incorporate mind, body and spirit. She uses our resident's interests to develop our activities. Prior to working in senior living, she was a certified occupational therapy assistant in the St. Paul Schools for over twenty years. When not working, Carole enjoys reading, cooking and walking trails. She is also a Minnesota Lynx and Women's US Soccer Team fan.
