The production of the video was funded by the Ebenezer Foundation’s “Greatest Needs Fund.” Guided and directed by Marysue Moses, Ebenezer’s Dementia Care Coordinator, the video will be a resource to families with loved ones dealing with memory care issues and what they can expect. |

The Fountains offers health and wellness services to people living with memory loss. Our individual private Memory Care apartments are in a secure neighborhood of the building. It is specially designed with calming colors, cozy furniture, and memory-evoking accessories. We offer residents daily activities and interactive options, as well as, a full range of health services. Staff provide cleaning and laundry services. Our goal is to provide people with a place of comfort, joy, activity, family, and familiarity.
Our staff is trained and educated in the best practices of caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. They focus on individuals, and their specific wants and needs. Baking, music, gardening, activities (inside and outside the community), exercise, painting and many other Life Long Learning programs are all available to enhance our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with the best activities and events, care and support, and health and wellness services in the region. |

The Fountains at Hosanna is managed by Ebenezer, Minnesota’s largest senior living operator. Ebenezer is the senior housing division of Fairview Health Services and has 100 years of experience serving older adults.
