The Fountains at Hosanna welcomes and desires to care for people of all faiths and traditions. The  Community was established by Hosanna Senior Living LLC in 2012 to provide care of body, mind and spirit for older adults.  Our spiritual care programs support residents, family members, and staff in their continuing spiritual growth and well being. The heritage of Ebenezer and Hosanna is Lutheran and our services are interdenominational.

Residents and family members are welcome to attend Hosanna Church on Sundays at 9:00 or 10:45 a.m. -- an inside walkway between The Fountains and the Church is available. 

All Saints Catholic Church-Lakeville
All Saints’ Priests, Deacons, and Eucharistic Lay Ministers provide onsite ministry to Fountains’ Roman Catholic residents. Onsite support includes:
  • Monthly Mass
  • Wednesday morning-- rosary and communion 
  • The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick
