I wanted to be sure and post a farewell and a BIG thank you to you all that I have served in the Willows and their families over the past six years. It has been my absolute honor to work with such amazing people! I am transferring to another Ebenezer facility, Arbor Lane Memory Care in Burnsville (just across from the hospital), and I will be serving those with brain change there as well and continuing to educate those working with people with various dementias/ brain change at the Ebenezer cooperate offices. We have been harvesting our cucumbers, tomatoes and it even looks like we may have a few pumpkins growing in our Willows garden! It is a beautiful experience to pick and taste within minutes!
 The residents will be enjoying cruise ship themed activities all week long! Below is a schedule of themed dress days if your loved one would like to participate. We hope they will!  It was pure culinary delight as the Willows hosted their very own LIVE "baking show" with our own Culinary Director, Chef Chris Nowak!
