Formerly known as Meeting of the Minds, this year's conference will pay tribute to all that families impacted by dementia are going through during these unprecedented times, while providing a unique opportunity to learn, feel connected, and gain a renewed sense of hope for a brighter path forward.

Oh happy day! It was a morning of friendship and fun! We started our day with exercises and a super fun "Baking" reminisce group- lunch was welcome after all of that talk of food! Our afternoon was relaxing with a Coffee Talk social group, plus a sing a long! The day was rounded out with some trivia- game show style! It was a great Saturday!

It was a wonderful day! Our morning Ecumenical service was extra special today, because one of our very own residents served as a guest soloist! It was beautiful to witness such a beautiful soul filled performance. Our afternoon was filled with messy fun... decorating pumpkins!

Having a loved one facing a dementia journey is difficult. Consider joining us for our Facing Dementia Caregiver Support Group (for care partners of individuals over 65+). Join this supportive and caring group that has resumed once again, here at the Fountains. 10:00 - 11:30 AM the first Saturday of each month. Held at the Fountains at Hosanna Senior Living. Participate in person or virtually, via Zoom.  10:00 - 11:30 AM the third Saturday of each month.
